2. Eligibility

You must be legally permitted to use the Service in your jurisdiction.

If you create an account, you are responsible for providing accurate information and keeping your account credentials secure. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.

3. Accounts

Some FinderAtlas features require an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate information.
• Keep your login credentials secure.
• Not share your account in a way that compromises its security.
• Notify us if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
• Not create accounts for fraudulent or abusive purposes.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Tool Submissions

Users may submit software, applications, websites, or other products to FinderAtlas. Submitting a tool does not guarantee publication.

FinderAtlas may:

• Review submissions.
• Request additional information.
• Edit submitted information for clarity, formatting, or accuracy.
• Reject submissions.
• Remove or suspend listings.
• Merge duplicate listings.
• Change categories or other directory metadata.

By submitting information, you confirm that you have the right to provide that information to FinderAtlas. You must not submit misleading, fraudulent, malicious, or intentionally inaccurate information.

5. Claiming a Listing

Companies, founders, developers, and authorized representatives may request to claim a listing. A claim may require reasonable verification that you represent the relevant company or product.

Claim approval is at FinderAtlas's discretion.

A verified badge indicates that FinderAtlas has completed its verification process. It does not constitute an endorsement, certification, guarantee, or quality assessment.

6. User Reviews

FinderAtlas may allow users to publish reviews and ratings. You are responsible for the content of your reviews.

Reviews must:

• Reflect your genuine experience or opinion.
• Be relevant to the product being reviewed.
• Not contain knowingly false allegations.
• Not impersonate another person or company.
• Not contain spam or promotional content.
• Not contain private or confidential information.
• Not violate applicable laws.

You may not manipulate ratings by creating fake accounts, submitting fake reviews, paying for fraudulent reviews, or otherwise attempting to artificially influence a tool's rating.

FinderAtlas may remove reviews that violate these Terms or our review guidelines.

7. Questions and Answers

Users may submit questions and answers relating to listed products.

You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of content you publish. FinderAtlas may remove content that is abusive, misleading, spammy, unlawful, or otherwise violates these Terms.

8. User Content

“User Content” includes reviews, ratings, questions, answers, tool submissions, comments, images, screenshots, logos, descriptions, and other content submitted by users.

You retain ownership of User Content that you own.

By submitting User Content, you grant FinderAtlas a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, distribute, format, modify for technical or presentation purposes, and otherwise use that content as reasonably necessary to operate, maintain, promote, and improve the Service.

This license continues for as long as reasonably necessary for these purposes, including where content has been incorporated into backups or other technical systems.

9. Intellectual Property

The FinderAtlas website, branding, design, software, original text, graphics, database structure, and other original materials are owned by FinderAtlas or its licensors unless otherwise stated.

You may not copy, reproduce, scrape, republish, sell, or redistribute substantial portions of the FinderAtlas database or website without permission.

Third-party product names, logos, trademarks, screenshots, and other intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.

10. Third-Party Products and Links

FinderAtlas lists and links to third-party websites, applications, and services.

We do not control third-party services and are not responsible for:

• Their availability.
• Their pricing.
• Their privacy practices.
• Their security.
• Their content.
• Their products or services.
• Changes they make after being listed on FinderAtlas.

11. Pricing and Product Information

Product information can change.

Pricing, features, availability, supported platforms, model availability, usage limits, and other information displayed on FinderAtlas may become outdated.

Where possible, FinderAtlas attempts to provide links to official product websites so users can verify current information. FinderAtlas does not guarantee that listed pricing or product information is always current or error-free.

12. Editorial Ratings and Evaluations

Some FinderAtlas pages may contain editorial evaluations, scores, strengths, weaknesses, or comparisons.

These represent FinderAtlas's editorial assessment and should not be interpreted as objective guarantees or official benchmarks unless explicitly identified as such.

13. Prohibited Activities

You may not use FinderAtlas to:

• Violate applicable laws.
• Impersonate another person or organization.
• Submit fraudulent information.
• Manipulate reviews or ratings.
• Spam users.
• Upload malicious files or software.
• Attempt unauthorized access to the Service.
• Interfere with the operation of the Service.
• Scrape or systematically copy substantial portions of the directory without permission.
• Circumvent security or access controls.
• Use the Service to distribute malware or harmful content.

14. Moderation

FinderAtlas may review, moderate, edit, hide, suspend, or remove content or listings that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe may harm the integrity of the directory.

We are not obligated to publish or retain every submission.

15. Availability

We try to keep FinderAtlas available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

The Service may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, updates, technical failures, security incidents, or circumstances outside our control.

16. Disclaimer

FinderAtlas is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law.

We do not guarantee that:

• The Service will always be available.
• Directory information will always be accurate.
• Third-party products will perform as described.
• Third-party websites will remain available.
• Listings will remain published.
• Reviews represent the views of FinderAtlas.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FinderAtlas and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service or third-party products accessed through FinderAtlas.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

18. Changes to the Service

We may add, modify, suspend, or discontinue features of FinderAtlas at any time.

We may also update these Terms when necessary. If we make material changes, we may provide notice through the website or other reasonable means.

19. Termination

You may stop using FinderAtlas at any time.

We may suspend or terminate access to accounts or features if you violate these Terms, abuse the Service, or where necessary to protect FinderAtlas or other users.

20. Governing Law

These Terms will be governed by the laws applicable to FinderAtlas and its operator, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory local law provides otherwise.
